Payment and Service Cancellation Policies

1. Service Cancellation

  • Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to notify service cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. If notification is not given within this period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total scheduled service cost will be charged.
  • Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day of the service or failure to be present at the agreed location and time will be considered a completed service, and 100% of the agreed amount will be charged.
  • Service Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule at no extra charge if notified at least 24 hours in advance. For rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 25% fee will apply.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for Timely Cancellations: If a client cancels more than 24 hours in advance, no charges will apply, and any payments made will be refunded 100%.
  • Partial Refunds: If a client cancels within the late cancellation period, 50% of the payment will be refunded. For same-day cancellations with the full fee charged, no refunds will be issued.
  • Incomplete or Unsatisfactory Services: If a client is dissatisfied with the service, they may request a review within 24 hours of the service. The situation will be investigated, and if deemed justified, a partial refund or service correction at no extra charge will be offered.

3. Payment and Billing

  • Deposits: For large or recurring services, a 50% upfront deposit may be required. This deposit is non-refundable if the service is canceled outside the established timeframes.
  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or cash. Payments should be made upon service completion or as per the previously agreed arrangement.
  • Late Billing: If payment is not made within the agreed timeframe, a 10% late fee of the total amount will apply for each week of delay.

4. Force Majeure Policy

  • If a client cannot complete the service due to a force majeure event (such as medical emergencies or natural disasters), the service may be rescheduled without penalty or additional charges.
